FAQ

Q: Do I need to purchase tickets in advance? How do I do this?

A: YES! If you would like to join a wine and food tour please book in advance! Tickets are available through the website under the "BOOK NOW" tab. Choose your date and neighborhood to check availability and then proceed to check-out.

Q: I have dietary limitations, can these be accommodated?

A: YES! There will be an option to list any restrictions during check-out in the booking process. If you forget to list this information, please reach out either by phone or email a full 72 hours prior to the tour to inform the staff of your dietary needs. We are more than happy to accommodate your dietary needs (i.e allergies, vegetarian, diabetes, etc.) on our wine and food tour, but do need this information prior to your tour. Any last minute (less than 72 hours) notice unfortunately cannot be accommodated, sorry for the inconvenience. If you have severe food allergies please reach out either by phone or email PRIOR TO BOOKING to make sure this tour is appropriate for you.

Q: How much actual walking do we do?

A: The wine and food tours are typically a total of 2-2.5 miles walking spaced out over a 3.5-4 hour time period. We walk at a relatively leisurely-moderate pace.

Q: Does the price include the wine?

A: YES! The price you pay will cover the full wine and food tour including all of your food, wine, and gratuity for restaurant service experienced on the tour. And trust us, it's beyond worth the value! The only thing not included in the price is gratuity for your tour guide. This is of course optional, but 20% is the industry standard for exceptional service.

Q: I don't drink, do I have to pay full price?

A: No, there is an option during booking that will address this matter. Everyone loves a great food tour! If you don’t drink you are still sure to have a great time!

Q: Is this tour available to people younger than 21?

A: Seeing as this tour does have a heavy focus on wine it is not preferable for small children to attend. Children younger than 18 can only join the tour if you have booked a fully private tour for a group of 6 or more. People over the age of 18 can join any tour, (it will be an equally amazing food tour!) but, in compliance with United States law, they cannot partake in the wine. Anyone below the age of 21 will select a "no alcohol" option during checkout. We have a ZERO tolerance policy on underage drinking, anyone caught doing so will immediately be asked to leave the tour and will not be granted a refund.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Comfortable shoes are highly recommended. Casual attire is fine, but try to avoid athletic gear as some of the restaurants we visit are nicer.

Q: The date and/or neighborhood I am interested in is booked, is there a waiting list?

A: Yes! Please reach out via phone or email to be put on a waiting list. We would love to see you on our wine and food tour!

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: Though rain is very unlikely in Los Angeles the tours will go on rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather the tour may be canceled by your guide in which case you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
